346% Rise in 1 Year: Multibagger Railway PSU RVNL stock touches all-time high; know details

RVNL Hits All-time High: RVNL hit an all-time high on BSE on Tuesday (July 9, 2024) after the railway PSU had a Rs 827 crore block deal in the morning. 

The stock that closed at Rs 565.80 a day ago soared by 9.58 per cent to rise to an all-time high of Rs 620 on Tuesday.

RVNL shares that started the session at Rs 586.40 apiece on Tuesday closed trading lower by 4.00 per cent, or Rs 22.65, at Rs 543.15 each at 12:29 pm. 

RVNL block deal

RVNL reportedly had a block deal on Tuesday worth Rs 827 crore, where the company's 0.7 per cent shares, or 1.4 crore shares, exchanged hands at an average price of Rs 585 per share.

RVNL also had a block deal on Monday when 5 crore shares of the company had changed hands at an average price of Rs 560 in a deal worth Rs 806 crore.

The stock of the railway PSU has soared by 45.74 per cent in just one month. 

While it has skyrocketed by 194.12 per cent in the six-month period, its rise in the one year is 345.81 per cent. 

Benchmark Nifty 50, meanwhile, has risen by 5.05 per cent in the one month, 13.41 per cent in the six months, and 26.23 per cent in the one-year period.
